Labanan di Covid-19 by Janae (The Sweet Igorot Girl)

This piece is very memorable to us. It was submitted as the second entry of Janae for the "Labanan ang Covid-19" Singing Challenge" sponsored by Congressman Eric Go Yap and Vice Governor Johnny Diwas Waguis of the Province of Benguet. However, 3 days before the sponsors concluded the top 10 entries (amateur category) , our facebook page where it was posted got unpublished by facebook without any warning for undisclosed specific reason causing it to disappear from the lined up entries. It remained unpublished up to this time despite our appeal for it to be republished. It was so frustrating and has caused us undue stress, for the efforts and time we put into it just went down the drain. But that's life as we always say...we must move on. On the positive side, however, Janae had fun and the experiences, the skills she gained doing the video and the overwhelming support she got from friends, relatives, town mates and even from total strangers are something we are thankful of beyond words. We hope that her songs will give inspiration to others as well.

This version shows Janae playing the guitar, line dancing during the instrumental portion and doing some demonstrations at the later part.
