Stovetop creamy and cheesy spaghetti with white sauce : PINAYs' EASY RECIPE

Pinay' stovetop spaghetti with white sauce is so creamy and cheesy that will make you crave for more.  It is so easy and quick to prepare.


INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g. spaghetti noodles
  • 6 pcs. hotdog, slice into small pieces 
  • 1 block grated cheddar cheese (1/2 for sauce and the other half for toppings)
  • 300ml. water
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 125g. catsup
  • cooking oil
  • 250g. grated mozarella cheese, 1/2 for the sauce and the rest for the toppings
  • 1/4 tsp. ground oregano
  • 200g. ground beef
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 250g. bechamel white sauce
  • 250g,. spaghetti sauce with parmesan cheese
PROCEDURE:
  • Boil water with 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Drop the spaghetti noodles.  Cook until half done
  • Drain and pour cold water while draining then set aside
  • Fry the ham then slice into small squares when done. Set aside
  • Heat the pan, put 100ml. water then drop the beef
  • Stir,  When the water dries up, add small amount of cooking oil then continue cooking for 5 minutes
  • Again, add  200ml. water then cook for 15 minutes more
  • Add the hotdog and let it simmer for 5 minutes
  • Then add the following: evap milk, ground pepper, catsup, ground oregano, spaghetti sauce, half of mozarella and cheddar cheese
  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes
  • Turn the stove off
  • Add the spaghetti noodles and mix thoroughly
  • Grease a baking pan
  • Transfer the spaghetti in it
  • Top with white sauce and spread evenly
  • Then put on top the ham, mozarella and cheddar cheese, and more ham
  • Let it sit in the stove under slow fire for  30 minutes covered.
  • Turn off the heat.  
  • Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Indulge and enjoy that spaghetti you just so lovingly made.
