Stir-fry pork : PINAYs' EASY RECIPE



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 kg. pork belly
  • pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced and cut into bits
  • 2 stalks onion leeks
  • cooking oil
  • 4 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
PROCEDURE:
  • Heat the pan then put cooking oil
  • Saute garlic until brown
  • Add the meat
  • Fry until both sides turn brown
  • Season with pepper, soy, oyster and worcestershire sauces continuously stirring for 2 minutes
  • Then add the onion leeks
  • Stir then turn the heat off
  • Serve hot with rice
