Stir-fry pork : PINAYs' EASY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg. pork belly
- pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced and cut into bits
- 2 stalks onion leeks
- cooking oil
- 4 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
PROCEDURE:
- Heat the pan then put cooking oil
- Saute garlic until brown
- Add the meat
- Fry until both sides turn brown
- Season with pepper, soy, oyster and worcestershire sauces continuously stirring for 2 minutes
- Then add the onion leeks
- Stir then turn the heat off
- Serve hot with rice
