While eating out is a good way of exploring different types of dishes, when done regularly will just break the bank and hurt the pocket. There are times when we paid big amount for servings that didn't even satisfy our cravings, thus we ended up frustrated. Sometimes, we are just paying for the name of the establishment, the service of crew, the fancy arrangement of the foods on the plates and the ambiance of the place. Rather than spending much amount dining out, why not invest on kitchen tools/equipment, prepare our own food and eat the dishes we want anytime right at the comfort of our homes.

With the availability of various resources on cooking and recipes, home cooking has brought much fun on me. I like simple, easy to follow recipes, and with ingredients that are readily available in the market.
