INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg. boneless pork (preferably belly part), sliced thinly
- 1 cup cola (coke or pepsi)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
- salt
- pepper
- rosemary (sliced very thinly)
- 1/2 tsp. corntarch mix with 1 tbsp. water
PROCEDURE:
- Mix together cola, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Marinate the meat in the mixture for about 1 hour.
- Heat the pan then put the meat with the sauce.
- Add 1 cup water
- Cook under low fire until the meat is tender.
- Pour the cornstarch mixture.
- Stir until the mixture thickened.
- Serve hot.
