Cola pork recipe : PINAYs' EASY RECIPE

Cola pork? yes it is...try this recipe and I'm sure you will like it.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 kg. boneless pork (preferably belly part), sliced thinly
• 1 cup cola (coke or pepsi)
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup water
• salt
• pepper
• rosemary (sliced very thinly)
• 1/2 tsp. corntarch mix with 1 tbsp. water 

PROCEDURE:

• Mix together cola, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, pepper and rosemary.
• Marinate the meat in the mixture for about 1 hour. 
• Heat the pan then put the meat with the sauce.
• Add 1 cup water
• Cook under low fire until the meat is tender.
• Pour the cornstarch mixture.
• Stir until the mixture thickened.
• Serve hot.
