Pork Barbecue : PINAYs' EASY RECIPE



INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 kg. lean pork
  • 20 pcs calamansi or 2 pcs lime or lemon
  • 1 bot. (330 grams) catsup
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice (optional)
  • cooking oil
  • pepper
  • barbecue stick (soak in water to avoid getting burned when broiling)


PROCEDURE:
  • Mix calamansi, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pineapple juice and pepper with about 1/2 bottle of catsup;




  • Slice pork thinly and marinate in mixture for at least one hour;
  • Skewer the pork on the barbecue sticks;
  • Mix other half of catsup and cooking oil with the left over marinade;
  • Broil the meat bushing with mixture until done; and 
  • Serve hot
