Pork Barbecue : PINAYs' EASY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg. lean pork
- 20 pcs calamansi or 2 pcs lime or lemon
- 1 bot. (330 grams) catsup
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice (optional)
- cooking oil
- pepper
- barbecue stick (soak in water to avoid getting burned when broiling)
PROCEDURE:
- Mix calamansi, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pineapple juice and pepper with about 1/2 bottle of catsup;
- Slice pork thinly and marinate in mixture for at least one hour;
- Skewer the pork on the barbecue sticks;
- Mix other half of catsup and cooking oil with the left over marinade;
- Broil the meat bushing with mixture until done; and
- Serve hot
