Expressi electric milk frother

An Electric milk frother is used to heat milk and creates foam for a quick and easy drinks.  The expressi electric milk frother comes with two detachable whisks for the following purposes:

1. Frothing whisk - It has a metal spiral ring around a plastic whisk. This is intended for frothing only or for frothing and heating. 
2. Heating/stirring whisk - It consists of a slightly smaller plastic whisk. It is used to heat and stir or to stir only a small amount of froth.

It is important to make sure the the whisk sits properly on the small shaft inside the frother when using.

Do not overfill.  There are 2 maximum markings: the lower one is for frothing milk, the higher one for heating or stirring only.  Filling past the indicated maximum levels can cause overflowing during operation.

BEFORE FIRST USE:

1. Unpack the box with care, keeping all packaging materials until you are satisfied everything is present and in working order.  Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young children, so ensure all packaging materials are out of their reach.
2. Inspect the cord and plug for damage.  Do not use the appliance if the appliance or its cord has been damaged or not working properly.
3. Clean the jug and the accessories to remove any  dust or residues from the manufacturing process.

USAGE INSTRUCTION:

1. Choose the appropriate whisk and set it on the small shaft inside the jug
2. Pour milk into the jug, making sure not to exceed the maximum level marked on the inside jug.  IMPORTANT:  The lower min/max marking are for frothing milk, the top markings is the maximum level for heating/stirring milk.  
3. Put the lid on top of the frother, making sure it is tightly closed.
4. (a) Frothing and heating/heating & stirring only - Press the on/pause button: both the blue and the red indicator lights will come on at the same time.  When the milk is frothed and/or heated, the blue light will go off and the red light will flash for 30 seconds, indicating the milk is ready. (b) Frothing only/stirring only (no heat) - Press and hold the on/pause button for 1-2 seconds:  the blue indicator light will come on.  It will stay illuminated for approximately 65 seconds, when it will go off and the red indicator light will flash for 30 seconds, indicating frothing or stirring has finished
5. After frothing or heating, allow 2 minutes for the thermostat to reset before reusing the frother. To shorten this time, rinse with  water, wipe clean and dry after each use. IMPORTANT: Before reuse, make sure to rinse the jug with  water and wipe any residues out of the bottom of the jug with a soft cloth.
