Banana Pancake Recipe : PINAYs' EASY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1-2 pcs. ripe fresh or frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs, unbeaten
- 1 c. milk
- 3 tbsp. cooking oil or butter
- syrup
PROCEDURE:
- Mash banana (when using frozen banana, defrost first then remove the water)
- Sift together flour, salt and baking powder
- Add the banana and sugar
- Beat the eggs, add to flour mixture
- Blend the mixture together
- Brush the frying pan with butter then heat over medium-low
- Scoop about 1/4 cupfuls of batter then cook until bubbly on top and golden on the bottom
- Flip and cook until golden on the bottom
- Serve hot with syrup on top
