Pork siomai : PINAYs' EASY RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g. ground pork
- garlic, minced and cut into small pieces
- onion bulb, cut into small pieces
- pepper
- 3 pcs shredded carrots
- salt
- 1 egg (reserve small amount of egg white to seal the wrapper)
- 25-30 pcs. wanton wrapper
4 pcs. calamansi, squeezed
ground paminta
soy sauce
venigar
hot sauce or hot pepper
PROCEDURE:
- Mix well 1-7 ingredients.
- Form into balls
- Wrap with wanton wrapper
- Seal the tip of the wrapper with egg white
- Steam for 40-45 minutes
- Serve hot with the sauce
