Pork siomai : PINAYs' EASY RECIPE




INGREDIENTS:
  1. 250g. ground pork
  2. garlic, minced and cut into small pieces
  3. onion bulb, cut into small pieces
  4. pepper
  5. 3 pcs shredded carrots
  6. salt
  7. 1 egg (reserve small amount of egg white to seal the wrapper) 
  8. 25-30 pcs. wanton wrapper
FOR THE SAUCE:

4 pcs. calamansi, squeezed
ground paminta
soy sauce
venigar
hot sauce or hot pepper

PROCEDURE:
  • Mix well 1-7 ingredients.  
  • Form into balls 
  • Wrap with wanton wrapper
  • Seal the tip of the wrapper with egg white
  • Steam for 40-45 minutes
  • Serve hot with the sauce
