Pork barbecue (grilled on cast iron) : PINAYs' EASY RECIPE

















INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Pork belly

FOR MARINADE:
2 tbsp of calamansi juice
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. oyster sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 clove minced garlic


PROCEDURE:
1. Marinate the pork (overnight for best result)
2. Heat the cast iron
3. Arrange the pork on the pan then grill until both sides are done.
